A man lost his life in a motorbike accident that occurred in Momence during the early hours of Sunday morning. This unfortunate incident took place merely an hour after another fatal crash had transpired in Kankakee County.
According to the Kankakee County Coroner’s Office, THE fatal crash occurred at 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of 14000 East and 4000 North Road. The individual involved has been identified as Bert N. Lawton, a 52-year-old resident of Grant Park.
Tragically, the individual passed away approximately one hour later at the emergency room of Riverside Medical Centre.
