Ben Bodne passed away peacefully surrounded by family and had many friends on Friday, September 8, 2023, following a valiant battle with cancer. He was 22 years old.
Ben was an amazing young man who touched so many lives. He will be sorely missed by many who knew him.
Ben was a SMHS Class of 2020 graduate and an integral part of the Panther family for 4 years. He was not only an outstanding football player, but selfless teammate, friend and mentor. Ben was the Bible study leader for many of the current senior players.
