The man who was killed on Friday night in Frankford while riding a four-wheeler has been recognized by the state police.

At approximately one in the morning on Friday, the Delaware State Police were dispatched to Frankford School Drive in response to a complaint of shots being fired. When the troopers arrived, they discovered two men, both from Millsboro, laying in the street close to an SUV and a four-wheeler. Gabriel Dorman, who was 22 years old, and a male who was 20 years old were both located by the troopers.

According to the investigators, the SUV and the four-wheeler collided together for circumstances that are still being investigated, and the two males were flung from the four-wheeler as a result of the collision.

As far as we know, Dorman passed away at the scene. The individual, who is twenty years old and has not been identified, was sent to a trauma center in the vicinity, where he is currently in critical condition.

No injuries were sustained by the two individuals who were inside the SUV. They were a guy, 38 years old, and a woman, 37 years old, both from Frankford.

Investigations into this incident are being conducted by the Homicide Unit as well as the Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit.
