Ky’Rese Dye Obituary: Pender High School graduate identified as victim in fatal Tuesday crash in Raleigh.
In a Raleigh collision, one person was killed and another suffered critical injuries.
Jesdon Bloomer, 18, was driving south on Hammond Road in a Honda Accord at 11:17 p.m. on Tuesday when he lost control of the car in a curve and struck the end of a railing, authorities said.
The car crossed the median after the collision and stopped there.

Bloomer suffered severe injuries and was sent to the hospital. 18-year-old passenger Ky’Rese Dye died in the collision.
The collision is still being investigated.
