An early Sunday morning single-vehicle collision near Meadowmont resulted in one fatality and two injuries.
According to police, the driver of the vehicle involved lost control and entered a wooded area while traveling east on Raleigh Road close to West Barbee Chapel Road.
One passenger died and two others received non-life-threatening medical attention for their injuries, authorities confirmed.
